The Meter Stamp Society Quarterly Bulletin
Published quarterly, The Bulletin is the international news source for collectors of a wide range of postage stamps known a ‘meters’. This includes prints from the traditional postage meter as well as more modern additions of Computer Vended Postage, the ATM and Personal (Custom) Postage.
The Summer edition of The Bulletin was published in three parts and contained a total of 101 pages.
Occasionally we will offer select articles to be read online. For whole number 345 we would like to feature the article on MOPHILA – Modern Philately, 1931-style.
